Career Services Supported Employment (CSSE)

Career Services Supported Employment (CSSE) is a subsidiary of Prime Time House Inc. The goal of the program is to support individuals with mental illness in finding meaningful employment, emphasizing competitive work in the community. We advocate for our participants in the program by building relationships with employers, securing open positions, and placing clients into those positions based on interest, skill and ability.

We strive to provide the supports necessary to ensure our clients success at the workplace. We offer individual career consultation, assist with resume writing and development, interviewing skills and techniques and offer education seminars and job preparation.

We work with employers by networking and through community outreach, developing employer relationships, and placing the best client to achieve the employer’s goals and vision for the position. The CSSE team maintains a relationship with the employer for the duration of the client’s employment for additional employer support as necessary.

At CSSE, the focus is on the strengths of the individual and the intent is to help develop responsible, productive and independent citizens. We believe the desire to work is the most important factor in developing job placements.

Our services work as a partnership model that works together with other agencies, participants and community employers to best achieve goals in attaining and maintaining employment. Employment Specialists work with program participants to develop individualized employment opportunities. We engage participants to achieve goals and objectives and to develop employment related skills.
